Unit Profiles:The purpose of a unit profile is to help provide an exceptional understanding of the unit. Profiles will include location, number of beds, patient rations, and other unique details to assist recruiting professional in effectively and efficiently identifying highly qualified staff. Below you will find a data collection tool to help you identify essential data needed to complete your profile. Previous cath lab experience is a must for this role. Data Collection:Unit Information: Interventional labLocation: Franciscan Health Olympia FieldsBuilding: Main HospitalFloor: 1stOrder Detail:Facility Department Number: 371600Discipline: Radiology TechQuantity: 2Target Start Date: ASAP Shift: 8 hour days: They rotate between7-3:308-4:309-5:30 when on call and they are required to stay until all procedures are completed for the day Call is rotated amongst the rad techs Call Requirements: yesWeekends: on call General InformationTell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds – 4 labsNumber of Staff – currently 4 rad techsType of staff:Day Shift – nurses and rad techsNight Shift - Patient Ratios – Type of equipment - Phillips xray, interventional radiology, interventional cardiology, vascular, EPEMR – merge, epicTypical hiring profileSkill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.Previous cath lab experiencePreferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Team player List typical procedures performed on unit(s): STEMI, interventional radiology procedures, Vascular procedures Best personality Fit: Flexible, positiveTeam playerDress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.Surgical scrubs provided Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
