Travel LPN – Long Term Care

We’re currently seeking a Long Term Care LPN to join our amazing team.

Details of the opportunity:

Anticipated start date: ASAP
Assignment Length: 13 weeks
Setting: Long Term Care

Daily Range of Responsibilities:

Provide care to residents with chronic/complex conditions
Administer medications and assist with ADLs
Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as ordered
Monitor resident health and document changes
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
Utilize clinical judgment for geriatric care

Job Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Nursing program
Active LPN license in the state of practice (or compact license)
1+ year of Long Term Care experience preferred
Current BLS certification
