Travel Physical Therapist – Hartsdale, NY
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Days, 7.5 hours/day
Shift Times: Flexible options:

• Option 1: Mon/Wed/Fri 7:00am–3:30pm; Tues/Thurs 11:30am–8:00pm

• Option 2: Mon/Wed 11:30am–8:00pm; Tues/Thurs 7:00am–3:30pm; Fri 10:00am–6:30pm

Position Summary:
The Travel Physical Therapist provides outpatient orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation to adult patients. May float to nearby clinic locations as needed. Uses Raintree EMR for documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Perform outpatient orthopedic/musculoskeletal rehabilitation

• Treat approximately 12 adult patients per day

• Ensure accurate documentation and progress notes

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed

• Maintain patient safety and promote positive patient outcomes

Requirements:

• NYS Physical Therapist License and Registration

• Minimum 1 year of outpatient orthopedic experience

Preferred:

• 3+ years of outpatient orthopedic experience

Additional Details:

• No on-call requirements

Shift Type: 8-hour day
Guaranteed Hours: 37.5/week
