Travel Labor & Delivery (L&D) Registered Nurse – Days
Location: Cumming, GA
Duration: 13 weeks
Start Date: 10/20/2025
Shift: Days, 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Hours: 36 hours/week
On-Call: None
Holidays: Coverage required

Position Summary:
HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Travel L&D RN to join a high-acuity Labor & Delivery unit in Cumming, GA. This 13-week assignment provides consistent 12-hour day shifts with holiday coverage. The ideal candidate has a strong background in maternal and neonatal care and is skilled in fetal monitoring and acute L&D interventions.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to laboring and postpartum patients.
Monitor maternal and fetal well-being using appropriate technology.
Assist with deliveries, including emergency interventions as needed.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and ancillary staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
Maintain accurate documentation in Cerner EMR and adhere to hospital policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 2 years L&D experience required
Certifications:
- BLS required
- ACLS required
- Fetal Heart Monitoring required
- AWOHNN required
Skills: Proficient in maternal/fetal assessment, labor support, and delivery care
Systems: Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
