Location: Lebanon, NH
Start Date: 10/13/2025
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Hours: 36 hours/week guaranteed
Weekend/Holiday: TBD, holidays required if needed
On-Call: None

Unit Details:

• 19-bed Med/Surg unit

• Patient Population: Pediatric through Geriatric

• Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:5 (up to 1:7 on nights)

• EMR: EPIC

Position Summary:
HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Travel Med/Surg RN to provide high-quality nursing care across a diverse patient population. The RN will coordinate and supervise patient care, formulate individualized care plans, assess and document patient progress, and delegate tasks appropriately while ensuring safe and effective care delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate, implement, and revise individualized patient care plans

• Supervise and coordinate patient care

• Utilize assessment data to identify patient care needs, including patient education and discharge planning

• Recognize and report abnormal assessment data and adjust care plans accordingly

• Accurately document all nursing activities including wound care, medication administration, and patient progress

• Delegate tasks to healthcare team members appropriately

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of current Med/Surg experience

• Previous travel experience required (at least 6 months)

• Tele/Progressive Care experience highly preferred

• EPIC EMR experience required

• Certifications: ACLS, BLS
