Assignment: 4 weeks
Start Date: 10/3
Shift: Days, 8-hour shifts
Schedule: Monday – Friday, no weekends
Guaranteed Hours: 37.5 hours/week

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of LPN experience

Current New York State LPN license required

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care in an acute care setting

Administer medications and treatments per facility protocol

Document patient care accurately in Allscripts

Collaborate with RN and healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
