Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – PCU/Stepdown
Location: Concord, MA
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Start Date: 10/27/2025
Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours/week
On-Call: None

Overview:
HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Travel RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) / Stepdown unit in Concord, MA. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to acutely ill patients, with flexibility to float as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care in a PCU/Stepdown setting, monitoring patients and managing interventions according to established care plans.

  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient care.

  • Document patient care accurately in the EMR (Cerner experience preferred, not required).

  • Float to other areas of the unit as requested.

  • Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in NH or compact state required.

  • Required certifications: BLS and ACLS.

  • Experience in a PCU/Stepdown setting preferred.

  • Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
