Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – PCU/Stepdown
Location: Concord, MA
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Start Date: 10/27/2025
Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours/week
On-Call: None
Overview:
HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Travel RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) / Stepdown unit in Concord, MA. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to acutely ill patients, with flexibility to float as needed.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care in a PCU/Stepdown setting, monitoring patients and managing interventions according to established care plans.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient care.

Document patient care accurately in the EMR (Cerner experience preferred, not required).

Float to other areas of the unit as requested.

Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:

Active RN license in NH or compact state required.

Required certifications: BLS and ACLS.

Experience in a PCU/Stepdown setting preferred.

Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
