Assignment Overview:

A School District in Albany, NY is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) to support students from elementary through high school. The PT will provide direct care through one-on-one and group sessions, traveling to different school locations as needed.

This assignment is suitable for new graduates and first-time travelers, as training and orientation will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy to students across a 6-day rotation schedule

• Conduct 7-8 sessions per day with students in one-on-one and group formats

• Travel between assigned school locations as required

• Document all care and progress notes accurately according to district policy

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student development

Requirements:

• Active NYS Physical Therapy License

• Experience in pediatrics preferred but new grads welcome

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to travel between school locations as assigned
