Location: Bad Axe, MI 
Assignment Length: 13 weeks 
Start Date: 11/17/2025 
Shift: Days, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM 
Hours: 40 hours/week guaranteed 
On Call: Rare call or weekend coverage only if an emergency arises

HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Travel Nurse Manager for a leadership opportunity in Bad Axe, Michigan. This position oversees daily operations in perioperative services, ensuring clinical excellence, staff development, and compliance with quality and safety standards.


<h3>Position Overview</h3>

<ul>
	<li>
	Oversee and coordinate daily activities across OR, PACU, and Pre/Post-Op Ambulatory Surgery departments
	
	</li><li>
	Ensure compliance with hospital policies, accreditation standards, and patient safety initiatives
	
	</li><li>
	Manage staffing, resource allocation, and departmental budgets
	
	</li><li>
	Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff to maintain high performance and morale
	
	</li><li>
	Monitor departmental performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
	
	</li><li>
	Occasionally float 
	
</li></ul>


<h3>Requirements</h3>

<ul>
	<li>
	Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in OR, PACU, or Pre/Post-Op Ambulatory Surgery — required
	
	</li><li>
	Circulator experience required
	
	</li><li>
	Strong organizational, communication, and team leadership skills
	
	</li><li>
	Certifications:

	<ul>
		</ul></li><li>
		BLS (AHA) – required
		
		</li><li>
		ACLS (AHA) – required
		
	</li></ul>
