Assignment Length: 13 weeks

Shift: 12-hour Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) or 12-hour Rotating (final schedule determined during interview)
Hours: 36 hours/week

Licensure Requirement:

Active Massachusetts RN license required at time of submission

Experience Requirements:

Strong cardiac ICU experience (medical or surgical)
Extensive PA line experience required
Experience with transvenous pacing
Preferred: Experience with MCS devices (IABP, Impella)
Will be based primarily in the CCU but must float to the CVICU

Certifications Required:

BLS (AHA)
ACLS (AHA)

Position Overview:
This is a high-acuity CVICU/CCU assignment caring for complex cardiac patients in a major Boston academic center. The RN must be proficient in hemodynamic monitoring, PA lines, transvenous pacing, and advanced cardiac interventions. Candidates should feel comfortable working across both CCU and CVICU environments and managing rapidly changing patient conditions.
