Physical Therapist

Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Bay Shore, NY 
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks 
Start Date: 12/1/2025 
Shift: 8-hour days, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM 
On-Call: None 
Schedule: Rotating weekends required

HumanEdge Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Travel Physical Therapist to join a leading acute care facility in Bay Shore, NY. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced clinician passionate about neonatal and pediatric care, particularly in the NICU setting.


<h3>Responsibilities</h3>

<ul>
	<li>
	Provide physical therapy services to patients across a range of acuity levels, including neonatal and pediatric populations.
	
	</li><li>
	Deliver specialized treatment for newborns as early as 26 weeks gestational age.
	
	</li><li>
	Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to support patient recovery and developmental milestones.
	
	</li><li>
	Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure the highest standard of care.
	
	</li><li>
	Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
	
</li></ul>


<h3>Requirements</h3>

<ul>
	<li>
	Active NYS Physical Therapist License and Registration
	
	</li><li>
	BLS (AHA)
	
	</li><li>
	Minimum 2 years of experience as a practicing Physical Therapist
	
	</li><li>
	Experience treating newborns (26 weeks and older)
	
</li></ul>
