	Attends all deliveries

	Low-risk antepartum and transition nursery care
	
	</li><li>
	Occasional float as helping hands to Med/Surg or Senior Behavioral Health (rotate 2 hours at a time, no patient assignment)
	
</li></ul>


<h3>Responsibilities</h3>

<ul>
	<li>
	Provide comprehensive L&amp;D care including attending deliveries
	
	</li><li>
	Manage low-risk antepartum patients and transition nursery
	
	</li><li>
	Support couplets care, ensuring mother and newborn needs are met
	
	</li><li>
	Occasionally float to Med/Surg or Senior Behavioral Health as helping hands
	
	</li><li>
	Maintain accurate documentation in line with hospital and regulatory standards
	
</li></ul>


<h3>Required Qualifications</h3>

<ul>
	<li>
	Current Connecticut RN License
	
	</li><li>
	2+ years LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum) experience
	
	</li><li>
	ACLS, BLS certified
	
	</li><li>
	Advanced NRP certified
	
	</li><li>
	AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring
	
	</li><li>
	C-EFM certification through NCC
	
</li></ul>

<h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3>

<ul>
	<li>
	STABLE certification
	
</li></ul>
