Position Overview 
HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Cytotechnologist for a travel assignment in White Plains, NY. This role involves screening and evaluating a variety of cytology specimens in a fast-paced acute care environment.

Responsibilities

<ul>
	<li>
	Screen and evaluate GYN and Non-GYN cytology specimens
	
	</li><li>
	Perform Fine Needle Aspiration (FNA) processing and immediate adequacy assessment
	
	</li><li>
	Assist with cytology preparation and reporting
	
	</li><li>
	Utilize the Bethesda system for cytology reporting
	
	</li><li>
	Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC
	
</li></ul>

Requirements

<ul>
	<li>
	NYS Cytotechnologist license required
	
	</li><li>
	ASCP certification required
	
	</li><li>
	BLS (AHA) certification required
	
	</li><li>
	Bachelor of Science and/or completion of accredited Cytology program
	
	</li><li>
	Minimum 3 years of experience in GYN, Non-GYN, and FNA screening
	
	</li><li>
	ThinPrep certification required
	
</li></ul>
