<p>HumanEdge Health is seeking a Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week home health assignment in Poughkeepsie, New York. This role provides in-home nursing care to patients within the community and does not require on-call coverage.</p>

Start Date: April 27, 2026<br />
Duration: 13 weeks<br />
Schedule: Day shift<br />
Shift Times: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM<br />
Hours: 8.5-hour days<br />
On-Call: None</p>

<h3>Responsibilities</h3>

<ul>
	<li>
	<p>Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes</p>
	
	</li><li>
	<p>Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and coordinate services</p>
	
	</li><li>
	<p>Administer medications, wound care, and patient education</p>
	
	</li><li>
	<p>Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams</p>
	
	</li><li>
	<p>Accurately document care and outcomes in the electronic medical record</p>
	
</li></ul>

<h3>Requirements</h3>

<ul>
	<li>
	<p>Active New York State RN license</p>
	
	</li><li>
	<p>BLS certification</p>
	
	</li><li>
	<p>Minimum of 1–2 years of home health or home care nursing experience</p>
	
</li></ul>

<h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3>

	<p>Experience with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) EMR</p>
	
	</li><li>
	<p>At least 1 year of acute care hospital experience</p>
	
</li></ul>
