Location: Johnston, RI 
Start Date: ASAP | Duration: 13 Weeks 
Schedule: 40 hrs/week | 5x8s | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Provide high-quality rehabilitative care to residents in a skilled nursing facility, supporting mobility, function, and overall quality of life.

Responsibilities:

<ul>
	<li>Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs
	</li><li>Collaborate with the care team for comprehensive patient care
	</li><li>Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
	</li><li>Educate patients and families on therapy goals and exercises
</li></ul>

Requirements:

<ul>
	<li>Current PT license
	</li><li>Minimum 1 year of PT experience (SNF experience preferred)
	</li><li>Current BLS certification
	</li><li>Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
</li></ul>
