Travel Social Worker – Behavioral Health / CCS Program
13-Week Assignment | Start Date: 4/27/2026

We are seeking an experienced Social Worker for a travel assignment providing clinical and supervisory support within a behavioral health/CCS program. This role is ideal for a strong leader with a background in mental health and program oversight.

Position Details:

• Duration: 13 weeks
• Schedule: Days, Monday–Friday
• Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Unit Overview:

• Specialty: Behavioral Health / CCS Program
• Care Setting: Clinical / Community-Based Services

Responsibilities:

• Provide supervision and consultation to mental health counselors and peer specialists
• Oversee treatment planning and crisis response development
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and program regulations
• Monitor clinical documentation and quality assurance standards
• Support staff development through training and performance management
• Assist with hiring, scheduling, and evaluating staff
• Collaborate with leadership on program design and improvements
• Develop and implement evidence-based group programming
• Participate in internal and external meetings
• Provide clinical oversight to ensure quality patient care and program operations
• Share in on-call responsibilities as needed

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Rehabilitative Counseling, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage sensitive and complex client situations
• Experience working in multicultural environments
• Commitment to confidentiality and high-quality patient care

Preferred:

• LMHC or LICSW license
• Experience in addiction treatment or behavioral health programs
