Minimum Requirements:

• Speech Language Pathologist License for NY or Compact as applicable
• Applicable recent experience in this work setting
• Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and client protocols
• Certifications: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Equipment/Procedures: Epic EMR
• Experience: 1 year
