Schedule: Monday–Friday | 5x8s | No weekends

HumanEdge Health is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a full-time contract in an outpatient rehabilitation clinic located in Covington, GA. This is an excellent opportunity for a PT interested in working with a motivated orthopedic and sports medicine population in a supportive, team-based environment.

Facility Overview:
This outpatient clinic specializes in orthopedic and sports injury rehab, post-surgical therapy, and chronic condition management. Therapists provide individualized care with an emphasis on functional outcomes and patient education.

Job Highlights:
Patient Volume: 10–12 patients/day
Evaluation Length: 60 minutes
Treatment Visits: 45–60 minutes
One-on-one patient model
No weekends required

Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive PT evaluations
Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans
Communicate effectively with patients and interdisciplinary teams
Maintain timely and accurate documentation
Educate patients and caregivers on treatment goals
Participate in staff meetings and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:
Active Georgia PT license or Compact License
2–3 years of outpatient ortho experience preferred (new grads welcome)
Strong communication and time management skills
EMR experience a plus
