Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Skilled Nursing Facilities – Paradise Valley, AZ

Assignment Start: ASAP
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 40 Hours/Week, 5x8s, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Setting: Skilled Nursing Facilities

Responsibilities:
Provide occupational therapy services under the direction of an Occupational Therapist in skilled nursing facilities
Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans
Support patients in regaining independence with daily living activities
Document patient progress and communicate with interdisciplinary teams

Requirements:
Current COTA license for Arizona (or ability to obtain)
Minimum 1 year of COTA experience
Experience in skilled nursing or rehab preferred
BLS required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
