Minimum Requirements:

Occupational Therapist License for GA or Compact as applicable
Applicable recent experience in this work setting
Commitment to quality care and adherence to legal and client protocols
Certifications: AHA BLS
Equipment/Procedures: One Chart - Cerner, Acute Care OT department, ICU
Experience: 15 years
Local Restrictions: Local only
