Physical Therapist License for NY or Compact as applicable
Applicable recent experience in this Physical Therapist work setting
Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and client protocols
Certifications: NYS License or eligible
Weekend/Call: Weekend = Required; Call = None stated
Experience: 2 years
