Minimum Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) License for NY or Compact as applicable
• Applicable recent experience in this Infusion work setting
• Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and client protocols
• Certifications: RN license (NY only), ONC certification required, BLS certification (AHA only)
• Equipment/Procedures: Administer chemotherapy, blood products, donor leukocytes, and CAR-T product infusions
• Experience: 2 years
