Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Schedule: 40 hours/week

Requirements:
Active Nevada state PT license
Current BLS certification
Prior SNF experience preferred

Role Overview:
The Physical Therapist (PT) will evaluate and treat patients in a skilled nursing setting, developing individualized care plans to restore mobility, improve function, and enhance quality of life. Responsibilities include performing assessments, implementing treatment interventions, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory guidelines.
