Travel Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Farmington, NM
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Work Setting:

  • Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs)

Requirements:

  • Current SLP licensure for New Mexico (or eligible)

  • 1+ years of experience preferred

  • Experience in skilled nursing preferred

  • Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills

Job Summary:
The Travel SLP provides evaluation and treatment for patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in a skilled nursing environment. Responsibilities include creating individualized treatment plans, documenting patient progress, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
