• Occupational Therapist License for FL or Compact as applicable
• Applicable recent experience in this work setting
• Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and client protocols
• Equipment/Procedures: Hand experience and comfortable making splints and full hand caseload
• Experience: 1 year
