Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) | Denver, CO
Start Date: ASAP
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Schedule: 40 Hours/Week

Requirements:
• Active Colorado state OT license
• Current BLS certification
• Prior SNF experience preferred

Role Overview:
The Occupational Therapist (OT) will evaluate and treat patients in a skilled nursing setting, developing individualized treatment plans to improve independence, function, and quality of life. Responsibilities include implementing therapeutic interventions, monitoring patient progress, collaborating with the care team, and maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory guidelines.
