<h3>Position Overview</h3>

<p>HumanEdge Health is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for an exciting assignment in John Day, OR. This role offers a primarily outpatient caseload (90%) with a small inpatient component (10%), providing the opportunity to treat a diverse patient population in a supportive rural healthcare setting.</p>

<p>Candidates with pediatric and/or vestibular rehabilitation experience are highly preferred.</p>

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>

<ul>
	<li>Evaluate and treat patients in outpatient and inpatient settings
	</li><li>Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
	</li><li>Provide evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life
	</li><li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation
	</li><li>Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
	</li><li>Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs
</li></ul>

<h3>Requirements</h3>

<ul>
	<li>Current Oregon Physical Therapy license (or ability to obtain)
	</li><li>Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
	</li><li>Previous outpatient experience required
	</li><li>Pediatric experience and/or vestibular rehabilitation experience preferred
	</li><li>Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
</li></ul>
