Minimum Requirements:

Physical Therapist License for OR or Compact as applicable
Applicable recent experience in this work setting
Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and client protocols
New Grads: Allowed
Experience: 1 year
Local Restrictions: Radius restriction: 50 miles
