Minimum Requirements:

Occupational Therapist License for CT or Compact as applicable
Applicable recent experience in this Occupational Therapist Home Health work setting
Minimum 1 Year of experience
Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and client protocols
Certifications: BLS
Equipment/Procedures: Home Care, Supervise COTAs
Experience: 1 year
