Minimum Requirements:

Physical Therapist License for CT or Compact as applicable
Applicable recent experience in this work setting
Minimum 1 Year of experience
Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and client protocols
Certifications: CT PT License, BLS
Equipment/Procedures: Outpatient physical medicine and rehabilitation, ortho and potential neuro treatment, patient & family education, special populations care
