Minimum Requirements:

Physical Therapist License for CT or Compact as applicable
Applicable recent experience in this work setting
Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and client protocols
Certifications: BLS, Active CT PT license
Equipment/Procedures: Epic, Complex ortho cases and sports medicine, Outpatient Ortho Setting
Experience: 3 years
