Pros

Here’s a heartfelt review that sounds genuine while highlighting Ashley’s professionalism: If you’re looking for a recruiter who truly cares about the people she works with, Ashley Applebee is the one. Ashley was my very first travel recruiter, and thanks to her, I landed my very first travel contract. Starting something completely new can be intimidating, but she made the entire process feel exciting instead of overwhelming. She was there every step of the way, answering every question, checking in on me, and always making sure I felt supported. What makes Ashley stand out isn’t just how amazing she is at her job—it’s who she is as a person. Over time, our relationship grew into more of a big sister/little sister bond. We’ve had conversations that had nothing to do with work, and she’s always been one of my biggest cheerleaders. She celebrates my wins, encourages me when I’m nervous, and somehow always knows how to make my day better. You can tell she genuinely wants the best for the people she recruits. She doesn’t treat you like just another contract or another number—she treats you like family. That kind of care is rare, and it’s something I’ll never forget. I’m incredibly grateful that Ashley was my first recruiter, and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help me begin my travel healthcare journey. If I could give her more than five stars, I absolutely would. Thank you, Ashley, for believing in me and helping me take this huge step in my career. I appreciate you more than you know!
