Pros
I have been working with Jake Hungerford as my recruiter for about four years now. He is always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. He also knows what kind of positions and locations that I am interested in. He is very good at watching for suitable jobs and getting me into them at the appropriate time. At the same time, ge has never been pushy about taking another position when I wanted to take time off between contracts or when the pay wasn't high enough.
Cons
Jake has been great. Onboarding isn't always as good. My last placement physical took two trips to a clinic because someone didn't send all the required forms. The clinic blamed TNAA and TNAA blamed the clinic. After all that, TNAA wanted me to return to the clinic for a third time until the facility where I was going to be working said it wasn't necessary.
