Physical Therapist

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Employment Type: Staffing - Supplier Sourced
Contract Length: 13 weeks (approximately)

Job Description

Under minimal direction, perform various therapeutic physical therapy treatments according to physician orders. Evaluate patients, formulate treatment plans to achieve long- and short-term goals, and modify plans based on patient response. Participate in discharge planning and instruct patients in home programs. Document treatment results and patient responses in medical records. May supervise and assist students during clinical rotations depending on experience. Maintain and clean therapy equipment.

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Oklahoma
Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapist experience, including experience within the last year
Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
