Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room
Location: Manahawkin, New Jersey
Employment Type: Clinical
Contract Length: 15 weeks
Job Summary
- Provide nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures in the operating room.
- Ensure documentation accurately reflects patient assessments, interdisciplinary treatment plans, clinical interventions, and evaluations of patient responses.
- Assign and evaluate the work of non-nursing direct care providers in the operating room.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing
Licensure & Certifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 2 years of OR Circulate experience, including experience within the last year
- Experience in both scrub and circulate roles in the operating room
