X-Ray Technician

Location: Morristown, New Jersey
Employment Type: Staffing - Supplier Sourced
Contract Length: 13 weeks (89 days ≈ 13 weeks)
Shift: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday, including every other weekend and on-call

Job Description

• Perform imaging and treatment processes following state, federal, and professional guidelines.
• Maintain imaging equipment, ensuring safety and patient comfort during procedures.
• Monitor and coordinate daily imaging procedures and assess the need for revisions.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Must be comfortable working in the Operating Room (OR).
• Ability to work independently in a large facility (900 beds).

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of experience as an X-Ray Technician.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in the specialty preferred.
• Experience with GE imaging equipment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of imaging equipment setup, utilization, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Current knowledge of clinical practice trends, healthcare informatics, and new hardware/software developments.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills (oral and written).
