Location: Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin
Employment Type: Clinical - Allied - Local
Shift: 1st
Hours: 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week
Contract Length: 12 weeks

Job Summary

• Collaborate with the surgical team to provide patient care, ensuring patient goals are met and the hospital mission is carried out.
• Perform procedures across various specialties requiring specialized knowledge and skills.
• Demonstrate advanced collaboration with peers in surgical patient care decision-making.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of full-time equivalent experience as a Surgical Technologist, including experience within the last year.
• High School/GED plus one of the following:

  • Completion of a Surgical Technologist Program, or
  • Completion of a Military Training Program as an Operating Room Specialist, or
  • Completion of a Froedtert Health sponsored Apprentice II Program, or
  • Ten or more years of experience as a Surgical Technologist.
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider or an AHA-approved equivalent.
