Job Description

  • Utilize imaging, computer, and other equipment to produce and retain high-quality diagnostic images that meet or exceed department, organizational, and industry standards.
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and image quality.
  • Prepare patients for procedures, educate them, and respond to questions or concerns with an age-appropriate approach.
  • Ensure patient safety, radiation safety, infection control, and quality control techniques are followed.
  • Position patients and equipment to achieve optimal images.
  • Work with physicians to evaluate images and determine if additional images are needed.
  • Oversee and train students providing patient care and services as part of their training.

Schedule

  • Shift: Day (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM), Monday through Friday
  • Call: Weeknight once per week; weekend call once every 6th weekend
  • Hours per week: 40

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Nuclear Medicine Technologist license in Kentucky
  • Nuclear Medicine Technologist with at least 1 year of experience within the last year
  • BLS Certification
  • CNMT or ARRT(N) Certification
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
