Registered Nurse - Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) - Travel
Location: Morristown, New Jersey
Employment Type: Travel Nurse, Full-time
Shift: PM (7 PM - 7 AM)
Hours: 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Summary
Seeking a Registered Nurse to provide care in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. The role involves utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Collaboration with the healthcare team is essential to promote evidence-based care within a healing culture. The nurse is expected to demonstrate professionalism, respect, involvement, dignity, and excellence in all aspects of the job.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in New Jersey
- Minimum 1 year of CVICU experience within the last year
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
