Job Summary
Circulator Neuro RN responsible for direct patient care in the operating room, including assessments, treatments, patient/family education, care coordination, and discharge support.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Kentucky
- OR - Operating Room (0 years of experience)
- OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
- BLS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Preferred Qualifications
- BSN
- Previous nursing experience
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and document comprehensive patient assessments
- Provide and document ongoing nursing care, treatments, and procedures
- Communicate changes in patient condition
- Coordinate admission, transfer, and discharge activities
- Educate patients and families
- Delegate and oversee patient care tasks appropriately
- Participate in quality improvement activities and core measures
