X-Ray Technician Travel Opportunity
Location: Morristown, New Jersey
Employment Type: Travel - Allied Health (Clinical)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Perform imaging and treatment processes following state, federal, and professional guidelines
- Maintain imaging equipment, ensuring safety and patient comfort during procedures
- Monitor and coordinate daily imaging procedures, including any necessary revisions
- Must be comfortable working in the Operating Room (OR) environment
- Ability to work independently in a large facility (900 beds)
Schedule
- Shift: PM
- Hours: 7 hours per day, approximately 37.5 hours per week
- Typical workdays: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including every other weekend (EOW)
Required Qualifications
- Valid Radiology Technologist license in New Jersey
- Minimum 1.5 years of Radiology Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Comfortable working in the Operating Room (OR) environment
- Experience necessary to work independently in a 900-bed facility
- X-Ray Technician experience
