Contract

• 8 weeks
• 36 hours per week
• 12-hour day shift

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in New Jersey
• OR - Operating Room (1 year of experience)
• OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
• BLS
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred Qualifications

• CNOR certification
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree

Key Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive patient assessments across the lifespan
• Provides direct perioperative nursing care
• Maintains accurate clinical documentation
• Follows patient safety protocols, including Universal Protocol and two patient identifiers
• Delivers surgical patient care based on procedure and anesthesia type
• Supports patient education and pre- and post-operative assessment
• Evaluates pre-admission testing orders for appropriateness and completeness
• Must be able to scrub and circulate for robotics, orthopedics, neurology, and general cases
