Nurse Manager, Cardiac Cath Lab

- Flexible start time: 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM
- 38 hours per week
Assignment Length
13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in New Jersey
- BLS
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year
- 5 years of experience in a cardiac catheterization lab setting
- Electrophysiology Lab experience
- Experience in a critical care setting
- Experience in manager roles
- 5 years of management experience
- Experience managing large volume, 4-5 labs minimum
Role Overview
- Lead daily operations of cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology labs
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management
- Manage operating and capital budgets
- Support quality assurance, clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and staff engagement
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and hospital leadership
- Help drive service line growth and expansion of procedure rooms
