Sonographer
Location
Morristown, New Jersey
Schedule
- Day shift
- 9 hours per day
- 38 hours per week
- Tuesday through Saturday
Contract
- 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Echo Technologist with 1 year of experience
- Echo Technologist experience within the last year
- Registered Cardiac Diagnostic Medical Sonographer credential through ARDMS or CCI
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Experience in an inpatient setting
- TAVR TTE experience scanning pre-TAVR treatment patients with critical aortic stenosis
- Proficiency in valvular assessment with strong spectral Doppler and Pedoff skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate of a CAAHEP or ABHES Cardiovascular Technology Program
- TEE experience
- Stress echo experience
- Familiarity with 3D echo imaging
- Experience with TAVR, Mitral Clip, Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy, VAD, and closure device protocols
- Experience maintaining ICAEL-accreditation echo lab standards
Additional Notes
- Resume must reflect TAVR TTE experience
