Description

Respiratory Therapist RRT - SR Respiratory

Location

Salina, Kansas

Schedule

Night shift: 6:00 pm to 6:30 am
Some weekend shifts and some on-call shifts

Contract Length

13 weeks

Role Summary

Independently performs respiratory care procedures, including interpreting physician orders, assessing patient needs, delivering prescribed therapy, and evaluating patient response
May perform invasive procedures with minimal supervision and minor assistance in patient care units and critical care areas
Serves in a consulting role by communicating suggestions to the clinical team regarding respiratory care delivered to patients throughout the hospital

Required Qualifications

Ability to respond promptly to changes in workload and adjust assignments as needed to maintain productivity, efficacy, and quality patient care

Pros

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
