Job Description

  • Provide direct nursing care following established policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans.
  • Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition appropriately.
  • Serve as primary coordinator for all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care.
  • Follow and carry out physician and nursing orders.
  • Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning with the healthcare team.

  • Positive PPD / Negative Chest X-Ray and Annual TB Questionnaire: Must provide positive IGRA or PPD results, chest x-ray within a year, and TB questionnaire. Updated annually.
  • 2 Step PPD OR IGRA: Required within specified timeframes prior to start.
  • Varicella: Proof of two vaccines, immunity, or history; no declinations accepted.
