Job Opportunity: RN Telemetry I (Travel)

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Job Description

  • Provide direct nursing care following established policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans; monitor, record, and communicate patient condition.
  • Serve as primary coordinator for all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care.
  • Carry out physician and nursing orders.
  • Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning with healthcare team members.
  • Requires critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision in a stressful environment.
  • Follow Standard Precautions and use personal protective equipment as required.

Required Specialty Experience

  • Registered Nurse with experience in Telemetry.

    • Varicella (proof of immunity or two vaccines, no declinations)
    • Tdap (valid for 10 years, no declinations)
    • TB testing (PPD or IGRA with chest X-ray if positive, updated annually)
  • Health statement or physical exam prior to assignment and updated annually.

Additional Requirements

  • Criminal background check including Social Security Trace, OIG Search, National Sex Offender, and others within 30 days of assignment.
  • Drug screening: 12 panel urine drug screen within 30 days prior to start, updated annually.
  • Verification of education and employment history.
  • Professional references (at least two).
  • Completion of onboarding requirements and training modules prior to or at start.
  • Documentation such as driver's license/state ID, badge photo, and other professional credentials.
