Description
Job Opportunity: Interventional Radiology Technician
Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (approximately 13 weeks)
Job Description
- Work hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- On-call requirements: Call based on department needs; currently about half days during the week and every 4th weekend if staffing allows; rotating holidays
- Must have at least 2 years of previous Interventional Radiology (IR) experience
- Familiarity with GE imaging systems required
- Travel experience required
- May need to float onsite within skill set or to nearby sites within 40 miles if needed
Required Qualifications
- Valid Interventional Radiology Technologist license in Wisconsin
- Minimum of 2 years of Interventional Radiology Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
Additional Information
- Must complete onboarding requirements including core competencies, education verification, and assignment agreements
- Required to provide a valid driver’s license or state ID matching address on file
- Must maintain all certifications and health requirements updated annually or as specified
- Ability to work flexible shifts and locations within a 40-mile radius as needed
This position is suitable for experienced Interventional Radiology Technicians who are comfortable with travel assignments and flexible scheduling.
