Radiology Technologist - Texas, Kyle

Job Type

Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Shift: 8:30 PM – 7:00 AM
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Perform diagnostic imaging to produce high-quality radiologic films supporting accurate diagnosis and patient care.
Prepare and position patients, select exposure factors, and administer contrast media within scope.
Apply radiation safety standards and monitor patients during exams, reporting abnormalities promptly.
Submit complete, accurate images and clinical documentation to PACS.
Monitor imaging equipment performance, report malfunctions, and maintain a clean, organized radiology department.

Required Qualifications

Valid Radiology Technologist license in Texas
Radiology Technologist with 1 year of experience, including experience within the last year
Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
