Job Opportunity: Med/Surg RN - Days

Location: Anderson, Indiana
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 06:45 AM – 07:15 PM

Unit Description

• 21-bed Orthopedics/Medical-Surgical unit
• Nurse-to-patient ratio: 3:1
• Floating required to a med/telemetry/PCU unit (5S)
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation
• Weekend-only availability may be considered

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Indiana
• Minimum 1 year of Med/Surg nursing experience within the last year
• BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Additional Information

• Driver’s license or state ID must be current and match address on file
• Floating to other units is required as part of the assignment
• Weekend-only candidates may be considered
• All exams and competencies must be updated every 3 years
• Some optional documents and evaluations may be requested post-assignment

This position is suitable for experienced Med/Surg RNs comfortable with a 3:1 patient ratio and flexible floating assignments, seeking a long-term contract with a defined shift schedule.
